The location of the hotel was great, with easy access from the train station. It was also conveniently close to the center and public transportation. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful. guests mentioned the availability of kitchenware and a frying pan for cooking, as well as a chilled and friendly atmosphere in the hotel.
There were some minor issues reported, such as the lights being unadjustable and the lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

The hotel provided excellent service and had friendly personnel. They even gave us a nice free ice cream while we were waiting to check-in. The rooms were nice and clean, with a fabulous view of the city from the 7th floor. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, not very far from the city center, making it easy to reach by public transport. The basic amenities were well-maintained, including comfortable beds and a good shower.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

My experience at The Social Hub was exceptional. The design and style of the hotel were very original and unique, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The additional spaces provided for learning and social activities were a great bonus, making it more than just a regular hotel. The hotel also offered many perks that you wouldn't normally find in this price range, adding extra value to the stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our time there. The location was ideal for accessing the Erasmus University Campus, with a tram station conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The fast WiFi was a major plus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. I would highly recommend The Social Hub for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Rotterdam.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is very clean and has great facilities. The location is ideal, as it is not far from the city center and Centraal station can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood and is easily accessible by public transportation.
